Laboratory Services On-site Screening is a recognized Third Party Administrator (TPA) of laboratory services in the United States. As such, On-site Screening is able to provide the nation's leading labs' services at an affordable price. These services include Initial Laboratory Drug Screens, DOT (Regulated) Drug Screens, Drug Test Confirmations, MRO Reviews, and Result Reporting.

Laboratory Drug Screen: Laboratory drug screens are performed on urine specimens by enzyme immunoassay (EIA). Drug test confirmations are available by thin layer chromatography (TLC), radioimmunoassay (RIA), gas chromatography (GC), gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS).

Each drug screen and drug test confirmation is performed on state of the art equipment by experienced staff. The analytical methods used for the detection of drugs of abuse are scientifically accepted and approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

DOT (Regulated) Drug Screen: On-site Screening provides regulated drug screening in accordance with the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) rule, 49 CFR Part 40; this rule describes required procedures for conducting workplace drug and alcohol testing for the Federally regulated transportation industry.

Drug Test Confirmations: On-site Screening recommends all non-negative (positive) specimens be tested by confirmation methods. Drug test confirmations are available by thin layer chromatography (TLC), radioimmunoassay (RIA), gas chromatography (GC), gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS).

MRO Review: On-site Screening provides the services of Medical Reveiw Officers in accordance with the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) rule, 49 CFR Part 40; these services are available for non-regulated testing as well.

Result Reporting: Result reporing is available in a variety of ways, including fax, phone, and web-based methods. Negative results are often reported the same day as arrival to the lab; confirmation results vary based on which drug is being confirmed.
