We will set you up with a laboratory that is right for you and work out the process of account set up and chain of custody forms. We will also give you access to our nationwide collection site network so no matter where you need a test, you are covered.
What are the benefits of using a Third Party Administrator?
Experience, expertise, single-point customer service, and price, to name a few. When you use a third party administrator, your entire drug testing program is consolidated in one place. You don't have to worry about contacting various collection sites, labs, or afterhours services. Your TPA takes care of all of that for you. Also, a TPA will almost always give you a better lab rate than if you went to the lab direct. Why is that so? Volume. Imagine that your company does 100 tests per month. The lab will give you a rate based on that volume. Now image a TPA who does thousands of tests per month. Who will have better rates with the laboratory? It is a win-win situation for all involved. The lab gets a free sales force (the TPA), the TPA gets a great rate, and you (the customer) benefit from the TPA's discounted volume rate.
Will I still have access to the lab?
Absolutely. As a TPA, On-site will set you up you agency as a sub-account under its "house" account with the lab. This gives you all the access to the lab's resources you need in addition to the all the expert customer service On-site has to offer.
